About Colin
I have been directly Involved in motivation and training at all levels in Mine Training Centres where I was employed. Once qualified, I rose very quickly through the ranks, first to the position of Mine Captain young age of 32. I also obtained my National Diploma in Cost Accounting, with Distinction, and the highest mark in South Africa……with an emphasis on Marketing Statistics.
With regard to my ability as a Public Speaker, I was an active and enthusiastic participant in the well-known Dale Carnegie International speaking scenario, advancing to Group Leader as a result of my prowess in this environment.

Apart from using a range of "people insight" tools, including the well-known "DISC" approach, I have also developed an innate ability to weigh up people, and thus recognise their latent, and unrealised, untapped potential.
Moreover, I am a Professional Handwriting Analyst, which adds to my preliminary, original arsenal of approaches - all before addressing a well structured, relevant & individualised coaching program.
