About Andrew
I'm a current qualified teacher of Latin, Classics, and Ancient Greek. Having graduated from my Master's in Ancient History, I fell sideways into teaching, but never looked back. I love getting to "live" my favourite subject every day. I have taught every age group and level from Beginners to University standard, ages 8-25 and am accomplished at building an easy rapport and supportive atmosphere for every pupil. Every lesson is different, because every student engages with the Ancient World in their own way, which is so energising!

Perfect! Andrew is one of the best tutors I have ever come across. My son finds him very knowledgeable in both Latin and Greek and most importantly he maintains a friendly atmosphere which makes it easier to learn and engage with. Lastly there is clearly a lot of focused preparation in advance. All in all I would recommend Andrew to anybody but particularly children revising for scholarship exams.
