About Demitris
I have been involved in boxing since the age of 10 and have trained in a variety of boxing gyms, gaining experience in different coaching methods and fighting styles over the past 14 years. Throughout this time, I have developed extensive sparring and competitive fighting experience, as well as a strong passion for coaching and mentoring others.
I previously coached classes at Dover House Road Community Boxing Club, where I worked with both children and adults, including individuals with special educational needs and people from a wide range of backgrounds across South West London. This role helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
I also assist with coaching at Rebels Boxing Club London, where I enjoy helping athletes develop their abilities while continuing to expand my own coaching knowledge and skills alongside the coaching team.
Since qualifying as an England Boxing Coach, I have delivered one-to-one training sessions, supporting clients in improving their fitness, confidence, discipline, and boxing technique. I am passionate about teaching skills that not only help people succeed in boxing but also equip them with valuable life skills to overcome everyday challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Boxing Coaching Sessions – All Ages & Experience Levels
I offer one-hour boxing coaching sessions for beginners, amateurs, and experienced competitive fighters.
My training focuses on both offensive and defensive boxing techniques, incorporating footwork drills, pad work, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve boxing skills, fitness, strength, and overall conditioning.
Whether your goal is to compete, sharpen your fighting ability, get fitter, lose weight, or build strength and confidence, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and experience level.
I provide coaching for both children and adults either at home or a public place.
