About Behzad
I am Bez, the founder and head coach of Lift Republic, an online personal training and nutrition coaching service. I hold UK-regulated qualifications in gym instructing (Level 2), personal training (Level 3) and nutrition for athletic performance (Level 4). I am also a qualified English teacher with the Cambridge Delta diploma, so I am good at explaining things simply and clearly, and I hold an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bath. I like to keep training simple, safe and steady, and I help people build habits that last.

I am a qualified Level 3 personal trainer with a Level 4 qualification in nutrition for athletic performance. I coach men and women of any age, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers, who want to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger or get fit. First we talk about your goal, your health, your experience, your equipment and your week. Then I make a training plan and a nutrition plan for you. You can train at home or in the gym. Each in-person session lasts 60 minutes and covers technique, strength training and conditioning. Online clients get a 1-to-1 check-in every week, and I change the plan as you make progress. My nutrition coaching works with the food you already eat: no crash diets.
