About Muhammad Hamza
I am a passionate mathematician. The reason why I teach is because I want to help other people into developing the passion for mathematics and enjoy being able to do questions and getting them correct. I also want students to be able to achieve the best grade they possibly can; to be able to go onto pursuing the career that they want to achieve. I am an experienced and qualified tutor to be able to support you in this journey.

My teaching methodology is such that I will identify what topics the student is weaker at and then plan my lessons based on that. A typical lesson will consist of me guiding the student through an example question, the student will then practise the question with the help of myself. This will continue until the student is comfortable in being able to complete the question independently. The typical length of a lesson is an hour on a weekly basis, to allow independent practice in between, however closer to exam time this can be increased. I have a first class mathematics degree and a PGCE in teaching mathematics including GCSE and A-Levels. Currently, I am a maths teacher at a secondary school, so I am up to date with the curriculum.
