As a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, I offer low-intensity, CBT-informed self-help interventions designed to support individuals in managing a range of mental health challenges. My sessions are tailored to address concerns such as depression, emotional regulation, anxiety, body image, sleep hygiene, self-confidence, and self-compassion. I take an informed, integrative approach that may incorporate elements from other therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client.
