About George
I’m a personal trainer who genuinely enjoys helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Outside the gym, I love making music, jogging, and training Muay Thai, and I’m deeply into art and music, which I like to bring into my training style to keep sessions fun, energetic, and motivating. I also coach Muay Thai–style pad work alongside structured strength training. Big fan of good coffee and a healthy, balanced lifestyle overall.
