I can't recommend Maj highly enough. She has blossomed from a young live-in English tutor /au-pair while travelling abroad to the fully rounded and formidable teaching professional she is today. The wonderful thing about Maj is how she easily builds rapport and trust among children under her tutelage. I have been very impressed with how she was quickly able to engage with the children at our charity school in Africa when she volunteered there a few years ago. I was also impressed by the lasting impact she made. Both the teachers and pupils greatly benefited from her input. Maj is dedicated and committed and excellent at what she does. She will surely be an asset anywhere she is placed to tutor young minds.

Our son, Ollie, started maths tuition with Maj in January 2022. After the lockdown, he found school maths lessons hard to follow and struggled to do his homework and the mock SATs. However, after just a few weeks of working with Maj, he was much more confident and his work at school greatly improved. Ollie always says Maj has a way of explaining things that makes them easy to understand. He always enjoyed Maj's lessons and was looking forward to them. Even after passing his SAT, Ollie wanted to continue the lessons "because they are fun". Maj has not only helped Ollie get to the level he needs to be to move on to secondary school, but she has taught him to enjoy maths. Maj is a fantastic tutor, and we will have no hesitation in recommending her.
