About Camilla
I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl because I have always loved helping others. Seeing children grow in confidence, overcome challenges and achieve things they once thought were impossible is what inspired me to become a teacher and later a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo).
Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. After supporting one school as a SENDCo, I went on to work across several schools within my academy, helping to drive improvements in SEND provision and training teachers to meet the needs of every learner in their classroom. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how children learn and reinforced my belief that every child can succeed when given the right support.
I enjoy thinking creatively and finding engaging ways to make learning meaningful, enjoyable and accessible. Every child is different, so I adapt my teaching to suit their individual strengths, interests and learning needs. Whether a child needs help building confidence, overcoming barriers to learning or extending their knowledge, my aim is always to help them feel successful and motivated.
I also love learning and embracing new challenges myself. Recently, I moved to Spain with my family and learnt Spanish, giving me first-hand experience of what it feels like to learn a new language and step outside your comfort zone. It reminded me how important patience, encouragement and celebrating small successes are in the learning process.
I am a calm, patient and reassuring teacher who builds positive relationships with children and families. I believe in giving constructive feedback, celebrating progress and gently guiding learners towards their next steps. Above all, I want every child to enjoy learning, believe in themselves and leave each lesson feeling more confident than when they started.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting your child on their learning journey.

I am a qualified primary teacher and experienced SENDCo with 15 years of classroom teaching experience. I specialise in supporting children aged 5–12, including those with additional educational needs such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, anxiety and low confidence.
My lessons are delivered online in a calm, supportive and engaging environment where every child feels encouraged to learn at their own pace. I use structured, multi-sensory teaching methods, clear routines, visual resources and practical strategies to help learners develop confidence alongside their academic skills. Every lesson is personalised to meet each child’s individual strengths, needs and learning goals.
I provide support in English and Maths, as well as specialist SEND interventions. I also offer consultations for parents and carers who would like guidance on supporting their child’s learning, understanding additional needs or navigating SEND provision.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although shorter sessions can be arranged for younger children or those who benefit from reduced lesson lengths.
