About Chasty Ann
I am a Secondary School Science teacher, specialising in the delivery of Chemistry up to A-level, for over 11 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biotechnology, in addition to a Teaching Diploma in Science Education. I have an outstanding track record in the delivery of Chemistry lessons at both GCSE and A-level. I have a wealth of experience against the AQA syllabus that allows me to adequately prepare students to achieve outstanding results.

I plan and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to varying learning styles. Information is presented in digestible bits and is accompanied with visual aids to help learners decode abstract concepts. Each lesson is designed to build on previous knowledge through the use of retrieval exercises and focuses heavily on exam techniques. Students are taught subject-specific vocabulary and the skill of using these to structure responses that guarantee maximum marks in exams. Frequent exposure to past paper questions and modelled answers guided by AQA reports are the cornerstone of my lessons.
