About Thea-lise
Hello, I'm Thea-Lise or Mrs. Thea
I have been passionate about classical ballet for as long as I can remember, and my goal is to inspire the next generation with the same love, creativity, and passion for ballet that were instilled in me as a little girl.
I have completed Grade 7 with distinction through the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and received provincial colours for three consecutive years. I have 11 years of dance experience and 2 years of teaching experience.

I teach beginner classical ballet to young kids in a fun, light-hearted, and imaginative way while still incorporating all the foundational ballet techniques.
My classes are pre-study, self-paced videos that can be requested in either English or Afrikaans.
I believe that dancing is so much more than just movement; it's a world where your imagination can take you absolutely anywhere. My classes aim to inspire kids with a love for music, creative thinking, and rhythm. This instils important character traits such as perseverance, courage, and responsibility.
I can’t wait to fly like butterflies, jump like kangaroos, and tippy toe like little mice with you!
