About Chirstina
I am a Certified Elementary Teacher. I have worked with individuals and small groups to help build live long readers and skills they need to be successful in theirselves and with reading. I have worked with all kinds of students. For a year I have been helping ESL students and ELL with the basic skills to learn English language to set a strong foundation to read and write.

I believe to help students learn best by building a relationship first. I want to know your student and the student to know me. We will find interest and from there find where we need to take our learning. I believe in having a positive and strong relationship helps the learning process. I want my students to feel comfortable and confident if we fail or succeed the first step to success is to fail. I focus on helping the students become life long readers and the skills needed to do so and to think, write, communicate, and create from what we are reading. I provide skills to help read and to comprehend what we have read and to extend from the reading how we can apply it to the real world.
