The courses offered here include Yoga for Obesity, Life Management, Stress Management Therapeutic Yoga, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga, Yoga for Hormonal Imbalance, Pranayama, Meditation and Certified Yoga Teachers Training Course Advanced level.
