About Margarida
I am a Neuroscience MSc graduate, with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. I was a Portuguese tutor during high school, helping students become fluent in the language, and I have worked at a homework club in London and have recently been a Kumon instructor too. Since graduating, I have been teaching current MSc Neuroscience students at King's College London and I always make sure students are enjoying their learning experience. My aim is to help students reach their full potential in the Life and Health Sciences, and develop a critical and curious outlook on the subject!

My teaching method is based on the students' learning pace and interests. I emphasise the fun in learning, and the ability of making connections between subjects in order to consolidate the knowledge gained. A case could be learning about the immune system, and then comparing how it works in different organs and going deeper into the subject where it interests you. Biology is all about making fun connections!
