About Juliana
I have been a musician for 15 years. My primary instrument is flute, but I'm also proficient in piccolo, piano, and saxophone. During my time as a music major at Dominican University of California, I tutored many music theory students of varying skill levels. During the summers, I would assist the music department chair in running the youth chamber ensemble summer camp.

I like to give visual and auditory examples to supplement the textbook's concepts. The best way to learn about music is through hands-on experiences. I'm very good at drawing out diagrams to simplify a lengthy textbook explanation. I have a lot of easy methods to memorize otherwise complicated concepts. I will help students to identify the patterns that are fundamental to music theory.
