About Boo
• PGCE (General Primary) from Cambridge University. I have been teaching for three years now and currently teach English, Geography and History to 7-11 year olds so can offer tuition in this age group.
• BA in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History from Oxford University.
• Ran mock interviews and tutorials for two students who then both received offers to study Classical Archaeology and Ancient History at Oxford University. I also gave support (personal statement and subject enrichment) to two further students in the early stage of applying to Oxford.
• I am a self-confessed 'Ancient History nerd' and I believe teaching and tutoring gives me the opportunity to expand and pass on my existing knowledge!

As the ancient world is rich with resources, I look to include as much written and archaeological evidence as possible and use these to generate discussion and learning points.
I am also happy to look over essays/personal statements and run lessons specific to improving/developing these.
