About Amia

Who am I? Hey lovely to meet you! My name is Amia, I am 27 years old from London. I’ve been performing since the age of 5. I began assisting my dance teacher age 15, and by 18 I was working with her teaching my own classes helping with exam coaching, festivals/competitions and our annual show, until this summer 2024, in which I now run my own dance school business in London. 🦩I am ARAD qualified. 🦩I am a performing arts graduate from Stella Mann College of performing arts. My goal is to help others gain confidence, knowledge, understanding, and self-belief all through the power of movement, as my classes are judgement free and involve positive advice and tips to aid you along your journey to success whatever that may mean for you.

Amia has taught me for few years now and each week she doesn’t fail to put a smile on our faces! She works really hard to get you to be the best you can be and her passion for dance really shines through whilst she teaches. With her coaching, I managed to get a distinction in my tap exam which was AMAZING! She’s a lovely person and so dedicated to her art that it inspires me to strive to achieve more.
