About Melissa
I am a recent UCLA graduate who is currently working in the Communications Department of the U.S. Olympic Committee.
In college, I worked for three years as a sports writer/editor for the Daily Bruin, UCLA's student-run newspaper, while earning a double major in Psychology and Political Science. I also worked remotely as a contributor to various sports publications, and interned in the Communications Department of the global sports agency, Wasserman.

As a tutor, I'd like to give lessons to any student at the middle or high school age who is struggling with writing or English classes.
I am very friendly and patient, and approach my students in an encouraging manner. I welcome questions and am more than happy to provide additional follow-up outside of lessons if needed.
