About Anna
I'm a recent graduate of Christendom College in Front Royal, VA, with a major in English Language and Literature. I'm an editor of two novels, "Tiger Mosquitoes" and "Pharaoh's Ticks." I've always had a great love of reading from a very young age. Even though writing papers hasn't always been my favorite thing, I've gotten very good at it, and I want to show other students that they can do the same. I believe that essay writing is the ability to share your thoughts on a story, but just by following a set of rules. I'm really excited to help you learn, and to learn with you!

I work with students to sharpen their essay-writing and comprehension skills. A typical lesson plan for me would start by getting to know the student and assessing their needs regarding the subject matter. From there, I set goals for the student and guide them through the learning process. What matters most to me as a tutor is not just helping a student get good grades, but also to enjoy what they're learning so they can understand the life-lessons of great literature. I'm willing to help middle school and high school students.
