About Alex
Throughout my GCSEs and A-Levels, I struggled with Maths and it just didn't seem to come naturally to me.
I would have really benefitted from having a tutor that could help me understand the methodology and foundational ways of thinking required in Maths.
Now that I'm on the other side of the coin, I hope that I can help students that are struggling in a similar way that I did - especially on the run up to the GCSE exams!

Lessons adapted to the needs of each students, with an initial session to examine the student's ability level. Content will be based on areas of weakness in preparation for the upcoming GCSE exams.
Typical lesson length of 1.5 hours, with 45 minutes covering new material, 25 minutes doing practice questions, and the final 20 minutes reviewing the lesson, answers and for any other questions.
Two years experience tutoring 1st year university students and primary school students, with a full understanding of the GCSE content and requirements.
