About Morgan
I have counseled adult patients and children in various aspects of nutrition to meet their health goals. I also know how to design the best plan for tube-fed or IV-fed patients, and have trained medical doctors how to write nutrition orders to optimize outcomes.
After being in practice for several years, I left my job to raise a family and follow my soldier around the country and to Europe, where I began teaching our kids at home.
I'm a fun teacher, using songs and stories often, but I do have high expectations for my students because I know how capable each one is! I try to find out how each person prefers to learn and be motivated so their learning can be tailored for great results.

As an educator, I use an eclectic style while following a personalized schedule for assignments to keep them on track with their learning needs. This customizable approach provides them some autonomy as well so they can really take ownership of their learning.
As a Dietitian, I work in a similar manner, identifying the specific needs of the person seeking help. We work together to set realistic goals and craft a plan of action that empowers them to make positive, sustainable changes toward better health.
