I am a registered mbbs doctor in india and did my undergrad from outside india and gathered all my knowledge of fitness and bodybuilding in all those years and continued doing bodybuilding since last 5 years and specialising in strength training and powerlifting too, Now looking forward to share all this with you people so that it can help you also.Plus i know how to play with macros in diet both on biological and physical level , perks of being a doc though
