About Proma
Namaste! I’m a Registered Nurse, currently pursuing my Master’s in Psychology, and a Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour YTTC). My journey in healthcare taught me that true healing goes beyond medicine—it begins with the mind, body, and breath. I’ve experienced how simple yoga, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation can transform stress into strength and restore balance from within. I want to share this knowledge because I believe wellness should be simple, accessible, and inclusive—no matter your age, background, or flexibility level. My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience peace—one breath at a time.
