I have a degree in Psychology and I'm a registered counsellor with the CPCA. I have 20 years of experience in the mental health field as well as direct client contact. I specialized in psychotherapy from the Kelowna School of Professional Counselling and I have been a case manager and family counselor for social service agencies within BC.

Alderian, person centered and positive psychology.I am a qualified psychotherapist, therapeutic counsellor & coach with direct experience working in the field of psychology. For the last 15 years I have been helping individuals with difficult life transitions, housing, family mediation and those suffering from multiple barriers.
I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2007 and decided to travel to Norway and the UK to work in an exchange program, seeing the vast landscapes of my own heritage and developing new perspectives on social systems, I had a profound personal growth experience with identity and life transitions that marked the rest of my journey in helping others.
I discovered strength and meditation through yoga and the beauty of life in mountains. Since, then I have traveled to Bali, Indonesia, Mexico and the United States practicing yoga and seeking a meaningful purposeful life.
Professionally, I have worked in the field of social services as a case manager, counselor and community strategist. I have assisted individuals break through obstacles, find new vision and unearth blockages that seem to be holding them back in life. I use encouraging and positive methods to assist students to the next level of wellness and health they are looking to achieve.
Life’s too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there.
