About Danasagaran
I am a highly experienced dentist having held various senior positions and been a principal of multiple dental practices and an entrepreneur and innovator in dentistry.
I have supported and trained many dental professional clinically over the last 31 years.
I understand the dental profession and all the challenges that go with it including the clinical and management side. My most senior position was Chief Dentist in South Africa.
I have experience in general dentistry striving towards excellence, but also experience in orthodontics, implantology and various other modalities.

My teaching method involves a number of different styles as everyone is different. I love to engage and ask questions to understand the thinking behind the question and look at the best approach.
Having been a leader in dentistry for many years, my leadership style is closely aligned with my teaching methodology. I would consider my teaching methodology to be a mixture of different methodologies but focused on “Problem based learning”. It includes critical thinking and creative abilities, problem solving abilities, motivation and knowledge sharing.
