About Lynne
I have worked from being a department manager in a large discount store operation, to store manager! Became an district manager and had several districts the largest involving 22 stores. Later became involved in working for a drug store chain and was involved in the closing and opening of stores. Assisted with store set-ups as well as inventory control. Have been involved in hiring and firing store managers as well as various other employees. Can explain p&l statements and what the purpose of those are to new managers. How to control inventory losses and improve the store's profitability.

I would approach every student differently! It would depend on the level of knowledge in retail. I can start with a brand new person or with a person who has experience and wants to move on to the next step on his way up. My lessons would be a one on one approach and would go step by step to cover whatever the student needs to be a success.

If the student will require a more advanced teaching as their level of retail is quite high the rate would be $20.00. I will delve into more advanced learning for this type of individual! If for any reason the student does wish to cancel there is no cancellation fee.
