Mrs Sarifa Patel has been known to me for 30 years plus initially working with me when I was a Deputy Headteacher

Her main job was supporting children for whom English was not their main language in the Early Years and Infant Department. She always worked with enthusiasm and commitment and professionally supported colleagues .
In 2010 , the year before my retirement , Mrs Patel returned to Bolton from living in New Zealand and came to work on a supply basis at the community primary school where I was then Headteacher
Similarly she worked with enthusiasm and commitment and totally supported the philosophy and culture of the school
I having now been retired 10 years still continue to keep in touch with Mrs Patel in a friendly manner
