About Sonia
I'm a multi-passionate women's coach and entrepreneur. I have a bachelor's in environmental science and am a certified Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach (AFPA), and Menopause Coaching Specialist (GGS).
I genuinely love sharing knowledge and encouragement and helping people reach their goals. I always give my best to keep my students and clients engaged and motivated. I am a lifelong learner and keep up with the latest learning methodologies and research on health, nutrition, human optimization, and the psychology of habit formation. My lessons and plans are always customized, taking into account my students' and clients' needs and preferences.
Even though trying new things can be challenging, I strive to help my students and clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. I'm already excited to start working with you!
