About Alexandra
I am a second year Biomedical Sciences student at University of Aberdeen with a focus on Developmental Biology. I have past experience volunteering as a Chemistry tutor within university with overall positive feedback and am currently expanding to target languages. I was born and raised in Romania and continue to frequently practise the usage of the Romanian language.

I focus on firstly helping students adjust to the expanded alphabet while teaching them basic expressions of day to day life. Grammar is slowly incorporated as the student grows more comfortable with using Romanian, and I request small tasks to encourage them to allow mistakes to happen and learn from them. I like building a rapport with my students throughout the lessons, thus enabling them the opportunity to associate learning with leisure time rather than strict lectures.
