Winner of the premiership of Victoria with women’s squad in 2021 and club score points at Australian indoor rowing championships 2022. Coach of multiple people selected for state team. Athlete for 14 years with multiple medals at nationals (Italy), state championships (Italy, Australia) and indoor rowing championships.

I have been following athletes with the desire of taking rowing to the next level for a couple of years, from Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. I have been teaching rowing for more than 10 years at school, U23, open and lightweight level as head coach of various clubs. One of my biggest achievements as a coach is to have helped an U23 moving from 7:56 to 7:04 in 6 months and winning Australian indoor rowing championships 2021 and participating in national team selection. I have coached an U19 and U23 crew that won silver and bronze at Rowing Nationals in 2024. I participated in trials as the coach of the SA U19 double in 2024. During the first lesson, I will study your movement, analyze your level of fitness and start planning a schedule with you. We will improve your fitness, while improving your technique to ensure your split will get better than ever. You might be surprised at how little details of the movement can drastically change the amount of power you are able to apply. If you decide to get a pack, after the first lesson you will receive one microcycle of training program. Then it will be up to you to decide if you want to continue together or not after the first period of training. I will support you in planning your program around important events such as 2km test, 5km test, 30’ R20 test, regatta, indoor rowing championships, etc. Session of 1 or 2 hours. Open to experienced and beginner rowers. You just have to try!

Perfect! Dario was excellent. He understood exactly what I wanted to achieve, gave clear instructions, and used a walkie-talkie to provide real-time feedback while I was on the water. Patient, communicative, and focused — I saw results straight away. Highly recommended.
