About Adrian
I am a recent BA Politics and International Relations graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London. A New Jersey native, I understand the importance of a global perspective to the intersections of politics, history, and geography.
In university, my focuses were politics of Russia and Eastern Europe, politics of trauma and emotions, political theory, post-colonial theory, feminist theory, queer theory, and social activism. I have achieved high marks in all my papers and have been commended on my writing skills and prowess. My dissertation centred around the political implications of trauma in communities of Bosniak women after the Bosnian war and I have spoken on multiple panels with the Gender Institute at Royal Holloway.

I believe politics and history are living areas of study; they are all around us! That's why I focus on studying historical and political events in their present context! My lessons involve thinking critically and creatively about the material and applying it directly to the student's interests -- so it sticks! My lessons also focus on the non-western, feminist, LGBTQ+ centric side of history and politics for a more in-depth understanding.
No one method fits all students, so I will work with you to create a unique plan of action. I can help you develop lasting study methods, improve academic writing and structure, and establish a bank of anecdotes that can be applied in any exam or essay setting.
