About Aleksandra

My name is Aleksandra, I’m originally from Spain (Madrid) and I recently moved to Gold Coast, Australia, six months ago.

I am a high-performance athlete specialized in sprint events, and the current Spanish U23 400m champion. I hold a bachelor degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and have over 5 years of experience as an athletics coach, working with athletes of different ages and disciplines.

I also have experience in physical conditioning and performance training, offering both in-person and online coaching.

I have been practicing athletics for more than 18 years it is truly my passion. Through my experience as both an athlete and a coach, I aim to support and guide others in achieving their goals, improving their performance, and enjoying the training process.

About the lesson

I design fully personalized weekly training plans based on your profile, level, and goals, combined with in-person coaching sessions where we work directly on your performance.

During our face-to-face sessions, we focus on running technique, posture, and biomechanics, with real-time corrections to help you improve efficiency and prevent injuries. Sessions may also include sprint work, distance training, strength exercises, plyometrics, and specific drills adapted to your sport or objectives.

Each program integrates running sessions with targeted strength training, along with individualized video analysis and practical guidance to help you optimize both your training and daily performance.

You will also have access to a structured resource base, including mobility routines, injury prevention exercises, running drills, activation routines, complementary strength work, and educational content to support your development.

My methodology is based on a clear, simple, and innovative approach, focused on developing and consolidating efficient running technique as the foundation of any physical preparation. From there, I progressively apply the optimal training load, always adapted to each athlete’s needs and context, promoting continuous improvement and a realistic, sustainable path toward your goals.
