About Adi
Adi is a yoga teacher, artist, and community organizer with a deep passion for connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Through daily practice, Adi is able to navigate life’s challenges and feel gratitude for its gifts. He feels that yoga was the catalyst that set him on his true path, and is passionate about sharing its teachings with others. Adi completed the 2024 RYT 200 at Shiva Yoga, and has attended workshops in Anatomy, Tantra Philosophy, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Kids Yoga, and Yoga Nidra Co-Dyad Meditation.
Adi teaches weekly vinyasa flow, meditation, pranayama, hatha yoga, and power yoga group classes in West Hollywood. He aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where people can explore their deepest self while building community. His approach to teaching emphasizes mindfulness, creativity, and the belief that yoga can inspire positive change in individuals and society.

My approach meets you where you are, focusing on holistic spiritual, physical, and emotional effects of the practice related to your individual goals and challenges. A typical lesson begins with a short, guided assessment of how you are showing up for your practice and a review of goals, followed by intentional instruction through a flow, breathwork, meditation, or combination of these practices. By the end of the lesson, I aim to help you feel closer to your spiritual self, more at peace, and prepared to go about your day and week.
My background with a Master of Arts in clinical psychology and experience working in clinical settings sets me apart from other teachers. I bring a trauma-informed knowledge base to practice, seeing yoga as a path to healing and connection. My training background is rooted in honoring the tradition of these practices and their spiritual importance to communities for centuries.
I enjoy working with all levels of yogis, from first-timers to seasoned veterans. If you are looking to connect or reconnect to the deeper meaning of your practice, I can't wait to walk alongside you!

Adi is wonderful!! Yoga is always so intimidating but he makes it so accessible. His approach to the practice was body positive and affirming for my beginner skill level. Definitely recommend for anyone who is too nervous to go to a class but wants to get started with yoga.
Adi is kind, patient, and an excellent teacher! You can tell just how much thought he puts into his flows to create dynamic, methodical sequences. He is very attentive to students and offers modifications for all levels, making him a perfect instructor for both beginners and advanced yogis alike.
Adi is my new favorite yoga teacher! Such a calming presence, and always able to adapt on the spot to a student's needs for the class. Adi's classes range from meditative, restorative sessions to more challenging workouts. I recommend trying a group class if you're already familiar with the flow of different yoga styles. However, if you're new to yoga and looking for a gentler place to start, Adi is also excellent at one-on-one sessions.
Adi is an incredible teacher, healer, and guide. His style makes yoga feel accessible and restorative, even after being sedentary for so long! I would easily recommend Adi as a yoga teacher. He knows his stuff.
