About Chloe
I have been practicing yoga for 8 years. Initially I was drawn towards the practice due to the fitness benefits, however after practicing for about two years yoga had become my go-to method for dealing with anxiety and depression. Since then, it has become my true love in life and I want to share its healing benefits with others - bringing the mind and body in harmony with one another, and offering a safe space for experience. I completed my 200 Yoga Teacher Training at YogaLife in Cape Town, receiving my certification in July 2020. I am currently a volunteer yoga teacher at Ahim'Sa - an NPO that aims to make yoga accessible to all by offering free lessons to my community in Hout Bay, as well as lessons in the townships.
Although I have only been teaching yoga for three months, I am confident in my abilities to guide yogis of any level through vinyasa, power, hatha and yin yoga classes due to the immense passion and dedication I have for this practice.

I offer classes to all levels of students - from those just beginning their yoga journey to those who have been practicing for a few years. My focus is on safe alignment - I honor and respect the unique differences of all types of bodies and believe that no pose should be forced if it does not feel good in the body. There is no such thing as the perfect asana or alignment, only alignment that is safe.
Each class will focus on meditation, movement and breath - linking movement to breath as the body engages in a moving meditation as well as different types of breathwork at the beginning and end of class. All classes will have a curated playlist that accompanies the flow.
My sequences are intelligently and creatively driven, tailored to each student’s level and needs to ensure that they leave
feeling rejuvenated, inspired and empowered.

I think Chloe is a trustworthy tutor because she is genuine and passionate about what she does. Her dedication and love for yoga is thoroughly expressed through her sessions and demeanour. I felt comfortable and looked after. If I had any queries they were answered with patience and grace. I highly recommend her!
I’ve done a private class with Chloe and was amazing, great instructor. As she is really passionate about teaching, yoga seems to be more of her lifestyle than an occupation.
