About James
I am a young professional living in London who loves music, dance and teaching. I have been playing piano/guitar since an early age, with a focus on Jazz and Rock. I have also studied music and Jazz academically before my degree. Having taught multiple musical instruments and dances, I also have a passion for teaching with a preference for intimate (one-on-one, small group) settings.

My approach is to provide the intuition for salsa at all levels by deconstructing the dance and revealing the simple mechanics that make any move work. With experience teaching at all levels (both leading and following), all coaching or teaching requests are welcome!

Details
The proposed rate covers teaching and commuting to a venue or location within the Central London area. If for any specified reason a venue must be arranged, the cost of the venue is split between teacher (myself) and student (e.g. A 1 hour lesson at £60/hr in a venue costing £40/hr would be quoted at £80). The venue and price is always agreed mutually beforehand, and a deposit of the venue cost is required before booking (in case of a no-show). In case of a no-show, this deposit can be refunded under certain discretions depending on the timing and nature of the notice.
