About Cecilia
Cecilia has been a teacher since 2002 and specifically in personalized training since 2004, she opened GTS personalized training agency in 2009 Cecilia grew up as a classical ballet dancer and later as a Pilates instructor and physical trainer. Stretching exercises are included in all of our classes, we consider it to be a strictly important part of properly working the body and improving posture.
