About Jaeden
Hi, my name is Jaeden. I am a Saxophone and Piano teacher with over 3 years of experience helping a wide range of individuals achieve their musical goals. I would love to be your tutor and help you reach your full potential in your instrument, whether it be passing music exams or learning your favourite songs.
I understand that everyone learns differently, which I take into consideration during my lesson planning. I plan each lesson with your personal needs and goals in mind, so that you can make the most out of each lesson. I incorporate new and innovative teaching combined with proven methods to ensure that you will learn technical, performance and theoretical skills.

I personally have 12+ years of playing and performance experience in both the piano and saxophone. I am a member of WAYJO (Western Australian Youth Jazz Orchestra) playing the baritone saxophone, and I have recently graduated from Sacred Heart College with the acknowlegment of having the highest exam marks in my cohort. Based in Perth, Western Australia. I am available for both online and in-person lessons.

How can I help you?
I can help you with theoretical, technical, practical and performance skills in (almost) any genre on the saxophone or piano.
I have a 3 LESSON GUARANTEE that you will be able to read (almost) any sheet music after our first 3 lessons together.
I will help you understand and utilise the six fundamentals of music and musical performance (Rhythm, harmony, melody, timbre, form and dynamics) with a variety of easy to learn, fun to play exercises to help you play your instrument confidently and fluently
I will help you with Proper breathing, hand and body posture and finger technique, along with emouchure and mouth position techniques
I can help you improvise and create your own unique music through solos in the genre of your choice.
I will help you develop and train your ears- an incredibly important part of being a musician- through a variety of aural exercises so that you can begin to play tunes by ear and pick out intervals, rhythms and melodies.
