About Libby
I am an England Taekwondo athlete with a degree in sport science and strength and conditioning experience. I take an evidence-based approach to personal training, focusing on proper technique, injury prevention, and sustainable progress.
I enjoy working with beginners as well as those who want to improve their strength, fitness, or confidence in the gym.
My aim is to create a supportive, motivating, and non-intimidating environment where clients feel comfortable learning and progressing at their own pace.
