About Abbinaya
Even during GCSEs, I loved teaching my friends to help them better understand concepts and since then, I love helping younger students by sharing my knowledge.
I am keen to connect with my students and create a fun, learning environment. I completely understand that some topics are much harder than otherwise, just like how some days are better than others. Regardless, I strive to improve exam technique and overall, want to help you improve in the subject as well as broaden your knowledge!

I believe in working with the student so that they are able to grasp concepts effectively. Thus, I am willingly to teach the syllabus at a pace that benefits my student. My methods in teaching vary accordingly to the topic I am teaching and this allows me to keep my students engaged as well.
Typically, I give lessons for 1hr30mins, but I am happy to discuss any potential requests related to timing.
Within the last few years, I have taught multiple students both maths and chemistry for GCSE. I achieved grade 9s in both subjects and was the highest scoring student in my grammar school for maths.
Since I am teaching GCSE subjects, I am looking to teach students in Year10 or Year11.
