About Saim

Im a 24-year-old male currently a Law undergrad, I'vecompleted a body transformation from being a very overweight child all the way till I was in college, from about 19 I started my gym journey and it changed my life completely, everything I've done I had to learn the hard way through trial and error that meant sleepless nights frequent injuries, fad diets, from keto to OMAD I've done it all. Now I'm at a place where I've learnt the tricks of the trade and carbs, not the enemy if this resonated with you in any way we have work to do !

My approach:

Mentality first, if your mind is not in the right place then how will it accept change ? acceptance, understanding the hard truth that this isn't about the personal training this is about you're Personal Permanent Development. Where do you see yourself 2 weeks from now? (Get In Touch Now) To become the change you've always wanted!

What I offer is a personalised plan for how you want and think about doing things and whether they will help you or not, whether that's to tone up, burn fat or bulk up. I can provide a personal experience over this modern-day doctor's advice that doesn't even help, the system is rigged against you and your body, did you know that if you consumed sugar today that for the next 24hrs your body simply cannot burn fat until it is out of your system?
