About Josy
I have been developing my own techniques of meditation over around three years, and have achieved very deep states of meditation in my experience. I have been vegan for some years, and have lots of experimental experience in creating what I see as a healthy experience with food. Food, water, breath and company are the four external cornerstones of well-being in my opinion and I strive to encourage my students to find ways that they too can develop them. My "students" are my friends, and I wish to extend my practices to anyone interested.

Because of the subject, my teaching method is based on the individual. This is not something to gain a qualification or work experience, this class is purely for enhancing your well-being.
I structure my lessons with a discussion to gage where you wish to go with meditation and well-being, and where you feel areas in your life are lacking somewhat. We'll meditate, I'll guide you through, and you'll gain an overall better understanding of where you are in the present moment.
Again, this is all for enhancing your well-being. Thus, lesson structures will vary dependent on your needs. I offer advice on food, meditation, herbs, creativity and more!
