I’m Gloria , an 18 year old passionate about psychology and helping people cope with life struggles. My long term career goal is to be a professional clinical psychologist. I have been reading books about neuropsychology and I am also in therapy and made a big commitment to helping my self and others live life as easier, because we are in this earth to find peace and happiness not struggle and misery.

Living life in general sometimes can be difficult as life gets overwhelming and reality hits and your emotions get dis regulated, it can be difficult for daily activities and functioning. I’m here to teach teenagers basic principles and skills to adapt to as they struggle to cope with teenage years. Teenage years are usually hard to cope with as teens develop bad habits and live recklessly for society validation.
I will be teaching emotional regulation and grounding techniques, and I will also teach social interaction skills and check up on your progress weekly.
