I’m a curious, creative and people-focused person who loves understanding what makes us think, feel and behave the way we do.
My work brings together Art Therapy, NLP, Emotional Intelligence and coaching, along with my background in User Experience Design. I enjoy helping people look at things from different perspectives, find clarity, understand their patterns and create meaningful change.
My approach is practical, creative and personalized — with a space where you can think openly, without judgment.

I help people understand themselves better, work through challenges, and create clarity around what they want and how to move forward.
My approach combines Art Therapy, Clarity Coaching, NLP and Emotional Intelligence, using conversation, reflection and creative exercises depending on what you need.
We can work on areas such as self-awareness, confidence, decision-making, relationships, habit building, self-control, motivation, overthinking, life transitions and personal goals.
The sessions are practical, personal and tailored to you — rather than following a fixed formula. My aim is to help you understand your patterns, identify what is holding you back, and find realistic ways forward.
Sessions are conducted online and are suitable for individuals looking for personal clarity, growth and meaningful change.
