I am an experienced and dedicated tutor, specialising in personalised, one-to-one instruction tailored for diverse learners, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and neurotypical students. I take a holistic approach to tutoring by considering the students' interests, needs, and current level in planning and implementing sessions.
I believe positive reinforcement, empathy and perseverance are key facets to unlocking a student's potential. Through cultivating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, my aim is to embolden individuals to conquer obstacles and excel in their academic journey.
I offer 4+ years' tutoring expertise attained as an SEN tutor for Lewisham Local Authority and from my prior tutor position at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes. Throughout my tenure at Lindamood-Bell, I underwent thorough training encompassing sensory-cognitive instruction across all programs offered. This includes english (including phonics), math, speech skills, life skills, as well as conducting educational assessments.
My background training: I have a distinction-level MSc in Psychology from UCL and have worked as a researcher in developmental psychology.
As a tutor, I am experienced in working with a range of ages, from 4 years-old to adults. I am confident in tutoring any age. Below are some further details about academic stages and length of sessions:

- Psychology (GCSE-University BSc level)
- Life Skills
Sessions can be 1-3 hours, depending on needs of the student.
Note: I am currently only taking online after school sessions (4pm onward) from Tuesday-Friday.
