About Raniel
I am a Senior Associate Producer at Ubisoft Reflections in the UK with over 10 years of global experience in AAA / Mobile production, from Manila to Newcastle. I want to teach because practical Game Production strategies are rarely shared publicly. Real game development is often described as Agile, but it isn't. It requires a specific mindset to navigate. While every studio pipeline is different, the core challenges remain the same. My goal is to help you understand what 'controlled chaos' actually looks like for a producer, bridging the gap between textbook theory and the reality of shipping games.

My teaching methodology focuses on the reality of AAA / Mobile production, moving beyond standard theory to practical application. I specialise in helping aspiring Project Managers and Coordinators navigate the nuances of the industry. Drawing from over 10 years of global experience, from indie development in Manila and Gameloft in Vietnam, to managing hyper casual projects for Ketchapp in Ukraine, and currently shipping a AAA title at Ubisoft in the UK, I offer specific insights into what hiring managers actually look for. In our 1:1 sessions, we will cover: Core Production Skills: Practical approaches to managing scope, capacity planning, and risk management in live environments. Team Management: Strategies for dealing with creatives and handling difficult stakeholder conversations. Interview & Career Prep: Mastering the S.T.A.R. method specifically for AAA / Mobile production roles and translating your CV for the global market. My lessons are for serious candidates who want honest, constructive feedback. I do not provide 'hacks' or job referrals; I provide the skills you need to get hired on your own merit.
