About Anna
I have taught English at University level for 7 years, also giving lectures and running sessions at GCSE and A Level. I have worked as a private tutor for around 3 years, for GCSE and University students (5 students in total). I have a First Class degree in English literature, a Master's degree in Renaissance and Eighteenth-Century Literature, and a PhD in gender and genre in Shakespeare's works.

The biggest thing I work on is making English literature fun and enjoyable, students perform better when they enjoy the texts. I'm all about trying different approaches in a clear and approachable environment. Shakespeare is something that a lot of people at all ages struggle with, and I can help with that!

Cancellations are fine and you will not be charged if you give me 72 hours' notice. If you cancel after those 72 hours I will need to charge for the preparation I have done.
