About Shelley-Ann
I have more than 15 years of professional experience in the areas of education, research and community planning, and management internationally. I have been teaching and mentoring at the tertiary level for over eight years.
I have a PhD in Cultural Studies, Masters in Business Administration and a BSc in Economics and Statistics (majors). But I am very proud of my Post Graduate Diploma in Arts Education. I have a passion for teaching and learning the techniques of teaching has caused me to be even more dynamic and effective in the classroom.
My language skills include English and I am also learning French!

I am very passionate and excited to share my knowledge and to get students equally excited about the lesson being taught. I am committed to my purpose in life - to teach!
I use social media, real life examples and stories as well as discussions and in-class collaboration among other teaching techniques. But my most important teaching tool is my ultra-preparation for ALL of my classes.
Finally, I am a strong believer in giving my students all the tools that they need to get the best grade that they aim for. I am confident that all students are 'A' students and my role is to let them know this fact!
