About Shruti
I am Shruti Agrawal, and I have completed my Master’s degree in Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from SGT University. I have gained practical experience training at Manipal Hospital, Palam Vihar, where I was exposed to psychological assessment, case discussions, and mental health care practices. I also completed a 60-hour internship at ICHARS, which enhanced my understanding of counseling and psychotherapy approaches. Additionally, I am a Certified Graphologist and have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Eclectic Approach to Psychotherapy. My interests lie in mental health awareness, psychological assessment, counseling, and promoting emotional well-being. I am passionate about teaching, continuous learning, and helping individuals achieve personal growth through evidence-based psychological practices.
