About Lucy
Having sung myself for over 15 years in a variety of styles and settings, I'm passionate about teaching students who want to play around with their voice and discover how expressive and freeing it can be when you accept that no voice is the same! Individuality is celebrated!! I used to suffer with social anxiety and stage fright and I want to be able to reassure others that, with a bit of practice and self-belief, you really can achieve so much with your voice and defeat any feelings of self-doubt. I'm also an active actor and musical theatre performer so can share my knowledge of the current industry and offer advice for anyone looking to pursue that path!

Lessons are an hour so that we can get into the nitty and gritty and have discussions about the different techniques and exercises, without just whizzing through it! It's vital for students to feel confident and have the opportunity to ask any question that pops up! I have a first class degree in Musical Theatre and have taught both group and individual classes. I can offer audition advice, song suggestions, exercises, technique, theory, and different styles to play around with! Any age is of course welcome!!
