About Talia
I am a passionate singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music Education with a focus on voice. My teaching journey has centred around choirs, vocal ensembles, and group harmony training, helping singers of all levels find their voice. I specialise in Classical, Sacred, A Cappella, and Barbershop styles, guiding students to master both individual and ensemble performance. My expertise includes sight singing, solfège, choral blend, part-singing, and effective rehearsal leadership. I take pride in developing singers who can confidently perform in harmony while maintaining vocal health and expression. Over the years, I have worked successfully with school choirs, college ensembles, and community singing groups, fostering both skill and a love for music. I focus on creating lessons that balance technique, musicality, and collaboration. Each session encourages singers to explore dynamics, phrasing, and tone while building confidence in their part within the group. I emphasise a supportive and engaging environment where every voice is valued. Whether preparing for performances, competitions, or just enjoying the joy of singing, my goal is to help students grow together.
